AMUSE Chicken Liver Pâte, made with smoked bacon, AppleJack brandy, créme de cassis and port served with house made crackers
APPETIZER Roasted squash salad with bacon roasted pumpkin seeds and fire roasted walking onions dressed with gingras cider vinegar
ENTRÉE Filet de Boeuf Albert served with roasted parsnips, braised red cabbage and pommes purée
INTERMEZZO Valrhona Chocolate and Orange Mousse served with candied orange and pepper tuile biscuits
DESSERT Jam Roly Poly, an English classic made of steamed suet pudding with house made berry jam topped with chilled rich custard
