Join us for a Thanksgiving Wine Pairing Class with Elisa Weber-Saintin, founder of Little Guy Wine Company!
Deciding which wines will go with the variety of tastes, textures, flavors, and aromas that we enjoy on Thanksgiving Day can be difficult. Using sample bites from Cornman Farms’ Thanksgiving To-Go menu, Elisa will guide us through fantastic wine pairings for every course.
About Elisa Weber-Saintin: Elisa got into wine when she was living in Italy after graduating college, where she began to train as a Sommelier. She soon became the Commis-Sommelier (an apprentice Sommelier) at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, a 3-star Michelin restaurant with one of the best wine lists in the world. Following her stint in Florence, Elisa moved to Burgundy, France where she pursued her Masters degree in International Wine Business. She worked at the official Burgundy Wine School in Beaune, and taught wine classes and excursions in Burgundy. Twelve years ago, Elisa decided it was time to return home to Ann Arbor, Michigan and she founded Little Guy Wine Company, a wine wholesale company with a passion for small, dedicated producers of wines that, above all else, taste really good.
