Celebrate the start of summer with the official drink of the season at our Summer Solstice Rosé Dinner featuring Whispering Angel. Perhaps the world’s most popular rosé, Whispering Angel by Chateau d’Esclans has taken the wine world by storm. Named European Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast, winemaker Sacha Lichine has been largely credited with elevating the profile of rosé and its ever-growing popularity in the States. As a nod to the start of the summer season, Cornman Farms is excited to partner with the French estate on this special dinner featuring wines exclusively from the Esclans portfolio.
Guests will enjoy a three-course, farm-to-table meal prepared by Cornman Farms’ Executive Chef and Owner Kieron Hales, whose culinary background propelled him through kitchens across Europe, including the widely-known three Michelin star Paul Bocuse in Burgundy, France. Kieron is excited to incorporate his European heritage into this menu while also highlighting seasonal produce from the farm’s gardens. The dinner will be held outside* on the property’s beautiful front grove, set in front of the venue’s iconic white farmhouse which dates back to the 1830’s and overlooks the grounds.
