Enjoy an intimate evening cozied up by the fire as Chef Kieron prepares a gourmet carvery-style Thanksgiving feast. We look forward to seeing friends, both old and new, for what is sure to become a Farm tradition. There are only 20 seats, so make sure you and your friends book early!

Thanksgiving Turkey: Brined in thyme, sage, rosemary, garlic, shallots, juniper berries and black pepper. Cooked sous vide for 24 hours to create a flavor packed, juicy roast. Served with rich turkey gravy and cranberry sauce
Beef Tenderloin: Marinated with Epices de Cru for a perfect black pepper crust and cooked sous vide to produce a perfectly cooked roast. Served with horseradish cream sauce and red wine sauce
