How to make tea-infused simple syrup:

Start with making a homemade simple syrup. Boil one cup hot water with one cup sugar and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally and once sugar is dissolved take off the heat. Let it come down to warm and add in your preferred loose-leaf tea. Approximately 1 oz. Let the tea infuse for four to eight hours and place it in the fridge. Once it’s finished, strain it into a glass jar and place it back in the fridge until you’re ready to make some tea cocktails.
